Before you bring it in
Do you need the car all day?
Most servicing is done inside four hours. Anything that needs longer we tell you when you book, not when you arrive to collect it.
Can I supply my own parts?
Yes, and we will fit them. The warranty is then on you rather than on us, and we will put that in writing so there is no argument later.
Do you collect?
Within eight kilometres, free. Further out we will quote it before we come, and we take a photograph of the car when we pick it up.
What happens if the quote changes?
It does not. If we find something else, the car stops and you get a telephone call with a number before anything further is touched.
Are diagnostics really free?
Free if the work is done here. If you take the car elsewhere afterwards we charge half an hour, which is what it actually costs us.
