Pick the check, then a time that is genuinely free. The strip below counts what is left on each ramp for the next fortnight — two cars at a time is the whole capacity of this garage, so a time you can see is a time you can have.
- 01Come with it if you can. For a noise, a road test with you in the car beats any description. Allow the time the check says.
- 02Or drop it off from 07:30. Leave the key and a number. You get a call with the fault and the price before anything is done.

A request is not confirmed until we have looked at the diary — you will hear from us the same working day. The last ramp slot each day is an hour before we close, because a car on a ramp at closing time is a car that sleeps here.

Fault, in your words
- Nothing is charged before we ring you: the check is paid at the garage, and it comes off the bill if the work is done here.
- Bring the car with the fault happening if you can. A cold-start problem has to be a cold start, so leave it standing overnight rather than warming it up for us.
- If someone else drives it in, send them with the registration and the number above, and we will ring you rather than them with the price.
- To move the time, telephone +1 876 923 7740. The diary is only 2 ramps wide, so an hour's notice gives someone else the slot.
